Drop it and walk away
What's waiting, what's finished, what's handled. You can see exactly where the bot is, right in Finder.
A folder on your Mac, shared with your Grok Bot. Drop a file in and walk away. The bot wakes up, does the work, and the result shows up in Finder.
End-to-end encrypted · Programmable · Runs in your own Cloudflare
Try it: drag a file into inbox, or drop one from your own desktop. Try it: tap a file to drop it into inbox.
If you've shared a Dropbox folder with a colleague, you already know how this works. This colleague is just faster.
01
Drag a file into ~/BotDrive/inbox, onto the menu-bar icon, or right-click › Send to BotDrive.
02
Within seconds your Grok Bot is pinged and picks up the file. No chat to open. Nothing to wait for.
03
Summaries, transcripts, extracts — synced back to your Mac. The original moves to archive, so inbox only shows what's left.
What's waiting, what's finished, what's handled. You can see exactly where the bot is, right in Finder.
Hit ⌃⇧4, select the error, type “file a bug for this,” and keep working. No chat to open, no file to save. The bot replies when it's done.
To a bot, a file is an instruction. Only your own devices get through. Anything else waits in the cloud until you approve it.
Every drop is an event on a Cloudflare Queue in your account. Send it to your bot, your own Worker, or a multi-step Workflow — in a few lines of TypeScript.
BotDrive runs entirely on infrastructure you own. We ship the software. Your documents never pass through us.
Storage, queue, and Worker are created in your own Cloudflare account. Most personal use fits the free tier.
Files are encrypted on your Mac before they upload. Only your Mac and your bot hold the key — not Cloudflare, not us.
Your Mac and your bot each sign what they write. An unsigned file never becomes work.
Sync never removes a file from your inbox. Anything else goes to the Trash, and it asks before moving more than three.
Snap the receipt. The bot logs the expense and files the details.

Built for Grok Bot
Your Grok Bot creates everything in your Cloudflare account, then hands you a one-time code. Paste it into the Mac app and you're done. Rather do it yourself? It's one command.
$ npx botdrive setup
ok bucket · queue · worker in your account
ok pairing code 7F3K-92QX · expires in 15 min
$ open BotDrive.app
# paste the code — paired Nothing from us in v1. BotDrive runs in your own Cloudflare account, and most personal use fits Cloudflare's free tier. If you outgrow it, you pay Cloudflare directly.
Yes, for now. A drop starts one of your Grok Bot's routines by webhook or email. Any agent that can take a webhook and run a small helper could use the same setup.
You and your bot. Files live in your own Cloudflare storage and never pass through botdrive.app. Turn on encryption and even Cloudflare only sees scrambled contents.
It never reaches your bot as work. Only files signed by your paired Mac or your bot count. Anything else — unknown sources, executables, files over 50 MB — is held in the cloud, never synced to your Mac. Approve or delete it from the menu bar.
Only long enough for the file to upload. The bot works without your Mac, and results are waiting in outbox the next time it syncs. Files you drop while offline go up when you're back.
No. BotDrive lives in Finder and your menu bar. This site is just here to explain it.
Early access opens in small batches for Grok Bot users. Leave your email and bring a pile of files your bot should have handled already.
